Please follow these rules so we can maintain fair play and ensure everyone has a positive experience with the game.
All players must have their own glove, helmet, cleats and bat.
The 17U Girls League will have several minor changes but there will be some impactful changes for the 2026 baseball season; two of which are noted below:
The 17U Girls League has been amended to the 18U Girls Division. Players are 15 -18 years of age in this calendar year. (BNS handbook will be updated and available early March).
Overage players provision has been amended based on need only:

The association does not have an upper age level team of the appropriate age group for identified players to register.
These teams will play in a provincial league governed by Baseball NS.
Home games could be at Robert Lenihan in Bedford or Allen Heights in St. Margaret’s Bay. There will also be away games – Associations who are part of the league change from year to year, but they could be anywhere in the province.
This skill set of this league is currently comparable to house or A baseball.
Teams may compete in district play downs and Provincial tournaments at the house level.
Season will begin the 2nd week of June.
Provincials are determined by Baseball NS and the date is captured in the calendar of events on their website.
