Please find the details below pertaining to my fall/ winter sessions. You’ll notice there are two options, one which takes place at one of the largest gymnasiums east of Montreal, Sackville High. There are no limitations in this gymnasium, plenty of room for long toss and the ability to field ground balls while being able to throw the full distance to the bases. As per usual, these sessions are high energy and small groups to allow for plenty of quality reps and an individualized coaching approach, focusing on the finer details of the game.
The second clinic takes place at the East Hants Dome, this is an advanced session which is a little more intense and includes a strength and conditioning component along with velocity training. Both clinics cover all facets of the game. There are limited spots for these sessions, I will also create a waitlist if you miss the opportunity. As per usual, I will post on social media, but always give preference to players that I’ve worked with in the past.
